The cottage Hortus is accessible on one level, it offers a surface of 60 m2 with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 to 6 people.

Upon entering Hortus, you will feel the natural freshness of this accommodation.

The living room offers a real sofa bed in 160X200 (allowing one or two extra beds) and overlooks an open kitchen offering a stove, a refrigerator, all the necessary for breakfast (coffee filter, kettle, citrus press) with also a Nespresso coffee maker and its kit of home capsules.

A flat screen TV will be at your disposal.

The 2 rooms are composed as follows:

- 1 room with a bed of 160X200 (separable beds of 2X80X200)

- 1 room with two beds in 80X200 (beds can be joined in 160X200)

The bathroom offers a bath, a toilet and a washing machine.

The cottage has an adjoining terrace but also a larger terrace, not adjoining, with possibility to cook at the plancha with views of the garden area and swimming pool.

Our bedding are all separable and have a quality comfort 3/4 stars.

Pets are accepted upon prior request and if their owners comply with the following rules:

- Do not leave them alone in accommodations or cars.

- Don’t walk them without a leash in the hamlet, it is possible to release them in nature a little further so that they can enjoy our environment.

- Pick up their needs near the Mas.

Our rates always include bed linen (beds made on your arrival according to the organization we will have seen together), towels (but not that of pool) and end of stay cleaning (which is not the cleaning of your entire stay).

The rate indicated does not take into account the tourist taxes that will be payable on site according to the number of adults present.

Many activities are available in a perimeter of less than one hour around the Mas, we can give you a selection on request.

In High Season, stays are obligatory during the week from Saturday to Saturday.

We welcome you between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

The departure must be effective before 10 o'clock.

The cottage is non-smoking.

Reservations of gites are only effective with all of the following documents:

- A Deposit Cheque (not cashed) of €750

- Commercial proposal, Rental Agreement and Rental Terms signed by us by email and their return can be done by the same channel.

- Sending, in advance of your stay (1 week before your arrival), of the organizationof the beds (which will be made upon your arrival).

- The payment of a 40% deposit or the total prepayment of your stay (excluding tourist taxes).

- If there is a balance to be settled, it can be paid on arrival or departure.

This complete booking file is necessary for the smooth running of your stay.
