So we take you again to the Village of Sauve, a superb medieval village located a little more than 10 minutes from the Mas de Roux in the direction of Saint-Hippolyte du Fort.

But here, we are going, necessarily, to a place a little more recumbent, far from the daily stress that humans love (or not that depends!!) nestled between hills and scrublands hence the origin of its name given at the time of its creation in 2007 by the previous owners of the place.

To get there, you will pass the village of Sauve on your left and arrive at a roundabout, there you will take the first exit on your right; it is the road to Villesèque that you should follow for a few hundred meters before discovering on your right the portal leading to the Domaine.

Before you move there, prepare your visit by contacting the charming owners of the Asinerie des Garrigues who will be happy to organize this visit with you according to your common availability during your stay at the Mas de Roux. 

You are from our region, do not hesitate to contact them for a visit with family, an associative group or even school; you will also discover this magical place.

This visit will be an opportunity for you to discover the environment of this farm where everything is studied for the welfare of the animal (because you will discover it, he does not live there only donkeys) whether in infrastructure or in the extent of the land, fenced, on which he can walk and graze safely.

You will no doubt have the opportunity to participate in the trade of donkeys, to taste the milk very little known but which has real virtues for the man.
