Gastronomic stopover at less than five minutes drive from Mas de Roux!

The Mas de Roux does not offer individual table d'hôtes, but we do specialise in catering for groups of 15 to 40/45 people in our private dining room on the first floor of the Mas.

We keep saying that the Cévennes Piedmont is a region with an incredible terroir!

Gastronomic table installed in June 2019 in an atypical place; the old station of Quissac.

To get there, take your car in the direction of Quissac, after 5 minutes you will be there (after the first roundabout you will see, the street leading to it will be on your left). There is a car park opposite the restaurant.

When you open the door, you will enter a world different from what you can imagine from the outside with a refined decoration, quality materials and equipment; a magic happens and you are ready for the waltz of flavours to begin.

Yohan, the chef and owner, takes us where he wants to go according to the seasons, adapting his recipes to the moment; all you have to do is let yourself be carried away by his creativity.

For this, you will have the possibility of going there at lunchtime (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) to discover "The idea of the day" in 2 or 3 courses with a price not exceeding 27€.

In the evening and at weekends, a unique formula with "L'Ephémère" which will delight your taste buds and will make you navigate according to the seasons around the best products of the moment. A formula that will take you away with its 4 courses. The price is 45€.

For the wine part, a nice local wine list awaits you and it is Sandie, Yohan's wife, who will be able to tell you the most about it as she welcomes you in the dining room and selects the wines on the list.

In summer, you can enjoy the terrace.

We highly recommend this restaurant, which offers one of the best value for money for this type of establishment in our geographical area; it has been awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide for 2021.
